Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how buuuzi LLC (“buuuzi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use buuuzi and its website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account data. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication details, handled through our authentication provider.
Site & brand data. The domains, brand details and query settings you add so we can run AI-visibility checks for you.
Tracker data. If you install our one-line script, we collect basic, aggregated visit signals for your own site to show AI-referred traffic. The tracker does not sell or share visitor data.
Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we keep a customer reference and subscription status.
Usage data. Standard logs and analytics needed to run, secure and improve the Service.
How we use information
To provide and operate the Service, run the checks you request, process payments, provide support, keep the Service secure, comply with legal obligations, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to deliver the Service, including AI platforms we query on your behalf (such as OpenAI, Perplexity, Google and Anthropic), our hosting and database providers, and Stripe for payments. Each processes data under its own terms.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your associated data subject to any retention we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents where required.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
