Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of buuuzi and its website (the “Service”), operated by buuuzi LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

buuuzi monitors how AI systems mention your brand and provides related analytics and recommendations. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for the security of your account, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate details and only add domains you own or are authorized to manage.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, exceed usage limits through automated means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Paid plans and credit packages are billed through Stripe. Prices, included usage and credit balances are shown on our pricing page and in your account. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Consumable credits may expire as described at purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

The Service queries third-party AI platforms. Their outputs are generated by those platforms and can be inaccurate or change without notice. We present results as-is and do not guarantee any particular visibility, ranking or business outcome.

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by buuuzi LLC and its licensors. You retain rights to the data you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, buuuzi LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Yerevan, Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (to be confirmed)
